How it Started

 

With a love of coffee and bringing people together, Goat Kick Coffee Co was started with a mutual dream between two military-veteran families in Evans, Georgia. First for their own enjoyment and then for friends and family, Natalie and her husband, Jeremy, began by roasting green (raw) coffee in their basement in tiny batches on a home coffee roaster. As their desire began to grow for sharing their passion for coffee, so did the coffee passion of their friends, father and daughter, John and Jennifer Bojescul.

After attending a coffee tradeshow, Natalie and Jennifer set out to share their favorite coffee drinks with the community in a coffee trailer. The trailer had all the perks of a coffee shop, but with wheels! Other than the challenges of the occasional milk tumbling out of refrigeration in transit or a syrup bottle throwing itself on the floor, the trailer allowed Jennifer and Natalie to continue bringing people the joy of coffee! Shortly after the trailer's start, the families built out a small coffee roasting facility to allow the trailer to share the fresh roasted amazingness that is Goat Kick Coffee today.
With the trailer busy and booked out, the team grew and the Roastery To-Go coffee shop was opened! During the days of running the trailer, roasting, and the little roastery coffee shop, the families began to design and develop the flagship store that is today the Evans Towne Center location. Hoping that the community could enjoy a large space, fresh baked goodies, and of course Goat Kick Coffee's signature lattes, the ETC shop has been a dream come true for these coffee-loving families.
