Refund policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee as all of our coffee is roasted to order for maximum freshness!
However if there are any issues with your order or the quality of coffee please email us immediately at GoatKickCoffee@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, and contact information.
All quality issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Merchandise Returns or Exchanges
Merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days as long as the merchandise is in the original condition and packaging as shipped.
**Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will fall on the consumer and are not eligible for a refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
